At Seven Miles Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, if your order isn't quite right, we are committed to making it right through our streamlined returns process.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- 2.Assessment & Approval
Our quality control team will review your request regarding freshness or hardware defects and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain unopened and hardware is securely padded to prevent transit damage.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your returned items at our roastery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement.
